All orders are shipped within two business days from our warehouse in Australia.
A shipping notification will be emailed to you which will include your parcel's tracking details.
We ship with Australia Post (express) for domestic orders and DHL (standard and express) for international orders.
To find the exact shipping cost and estimated transit times, please enter your address at checkout.
Please note the costs and transit times are estimated and do not account for any delays that may occur. We will not refund nor cancel an order if the parcel is delivered outside the estimated time frame.
Please ensure all shipping details entered are correct when placing an order as we cannot make any changes once the parcel has been dispatched.

DUTIES & TAXES
Shipping rates calculated do not include additional customs duties or taxes that may be charged. As this is calculated by your local customs office and vary country to country, we cannot estimate the exact cost of these fees. If you do not know if your country will charge duties and taxes, we recommend to contact your local customs office for more information.
If duties and taxes are charged once the parcel has been processed through customs, you will be contacted by your local customs office on the exact amount as well as how to pay.
Please note that abandoned parcels that are returned are not eligible for a refund. You can request for redelivery however please keep in mind a shipping fee will incur.
