Returns & Exchanges
RETURN POLICY
All products sold are non-refundable.
We offer exchanges for swimwear or clothing that have not any sign of wear - for a different style, size, colour or store credit. The store credit code does not have an expiry date.
Requests for an exchange must be made within 7 days of receiving the item(s). Please email us via hello@asara.online with your order number to request a return and to obtain a return form.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind.
Items returned for an exchange must abide by the following requirements:
- Unworn and show no signs of wear - discolouring, odour, excessive stretching, undone stitching
- Returned in original packaging - with hygiene sticker still intact with swim tags
Asara Swim has the right to reject any return if the items sent back show any signs of wear or do not have its hygiene sticker and swim tags still attached.
Please note: All items purchased during a sale period (with or without the use of promo codes) or under our 'sale' page are final. They are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
On the rare occasion an item is faulty, please contact us via hello@asara.online so we can fix the issue right away.
RETURN PROCESS
Once you have contacted us and obtained a return form, please email us the completed form stating which items you would like to exchange for and the reason why.
If approved, please follow the instructions given by our customer service representative in regards to shipping the items back to our HQ. We highly recommend sending the items with tracking as we cannot be held accountable for any parcels that are delayed or missing.
All shipping costs to and from our HQ when exchanging an item will be at the responsibility of the customer.
Once we have received your parcel, our customer service team will get in touch to organise the dispatch of your newly requested items.
* All returned items are inspected before newly requested items are sent out. Please note that we do not send out items immediately after you have shipped them to our HQ.
